This Christmas Santa chocolate tin box with vivid 3D embossment in the lid catch most people's eyes, especially the kids'. Do you like it? This Santa chocolate tin box is made of first grade tinplate and food grade lacquer. Therfore it is perfect for chocolate, candy and more. Also Tinpak can provide the high quality inserts to hold your product well in the tin box, such as the golden PET tray, clear PS tray.
This Santa clause tin box is 2-pc structure ( 3D embossed slip lid and deep drawing base ). Length is measured from the head to feet 227 mm (=8.34"); width is measured the widest 116mm (=4.56"); height is measured from the upest to the base 30mm (=1.18").
Tinpak has very good manufacturing facilities and workers with very good practise to make sure all the Santa Clause Chocolate tins are safe to meet the target market's food packaging regulations. The dust free packing workshop keep the packing process is clean for the chocolate tin. Tinpak has a very strict quality control of the chocolate tin boxes.
Tinpak's production building is equiped with anti-nest facilities to make sure no flies can get into the tin box production and tin box packing sites. Besides, all main entries are equipped with anti-rats blocks. All facilities we provide are to follow the standards of HACCP requirements. In addition, all the windows have anti-breakage film pasted and this is to ensure no sharp foreign matters can get into the tin boxes even if there is any window broken.
